Lesly's medical fund

On June 4th my life changed forever. I sufford a massive stroke when I developed a bleed on the right side of my brain which parylized my left side. The bleed was so bad, they gave me 20% chance of surviving. Because of the prayers of my friends and family, God answer your  prayers and blessed me to survive.  I spent 2 weeks in ICU, and 4 weeks in rehab and today continue out patient rehab. Since my stroke my insurance only covered a portion of close to $200,000. Since I was the only financial provider, it has put enormous financial burden on my family. These funds will allow my wife to continue to take care of me as I continue to recover,( both my left leg and arm are working again), as I continue out  patient therapy. I have spent the last six months before my stroke flying back and forth to Haiti to help my fellow Haitians to improve their lives, I have always help lift others through my business and motivation via a morning training called "The Vitamin call" . If I touched or supported you in the past, then please support me so I can finish my recovery and go back to being a servant and helping others.
