PARCE QU'ON AIME LA NATURE, LE PLEIN AIR, LA RANDONNÉE...  ON A BESOIN DE SENTIERS ! La Fiducie foncière de la vallée Ruiter*,  en Estrie, protège environ 700 acres de forêts et vallées et offre gratuitement 30 kilomètres de sentiers. Elle opère depuis 33 ans grâce au bénévolat et aux dons. Des sentiers et des infrastructures ont été dévastés. À l’automne 2019 et à l’hiver 2020, certains sentiers ont subi le contrecoup de très gros vents et d’inondations comme nous n’en avions jamais vu. Des secteurs ont été dévastés. Résultat : il nous faut intervenir massivement pour enlever de gros arbres tombés et surtout refaire plusieurs ponts et ponceaux. Nos habituelles corvées de bénévoles ne suffiront pas, et nous doutons même de pouvoir les organiser étant donné la crise sanitaire. Le défi est grand. VOUS POUVEZ NOUS AIDER À Y ARRIVER ! C’est ambitieux, mais c’est possible, et surtout nécessaire si l’on veut rendre tous nos sentiers accessibles et sécuritaires aux randonneurs et aux familles.
