<div>In January, Les was hospitalized and received a sudden, life-changing diagnosis for <strong>Multiple Myeloma</strong>, a painful and aggressive form of <strong>bone cancer</strong>, and <strong>sepsis,</strong> a life-threatening blood infection.

<div>After <strong>two grueling months</strong> at UCLA Reagan Medical Center, she is receiving treatment for <strong>bone cancer</strong>, <em>which is complicated by her previous kidney transplant.</em>

<div><strong>She is in for the fight of her life!</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>Les has spent decades cooking and serving families and friends in the greater South Bay, with her incredible food, generous heart and bad ass spirit. She always goes above and beyond to make all our holidays, birthdays, weddings, and special dinners beautiful, memorable, as well as delicious.

<div>Les is home and will be undergoing <strong>chemotherapy and regular blood transfusions</strong> for the next 4-6 months.<strong> </strong>Her bones are very fragile, and her infamous energy is very weak. She is physically <strong>unable to work</strong> and is facing mounting medical bills and living expenses.
