LeRoy's battle against "Carl the Colon Cancer"

Hello, Loachee (LeRoy) here. Life was going good, ducks were finally lining up in their rows for once. I took some well earned time off to visit family in Iowa, took my wife on a little trip to the Smokies, and relaxed a little after hitting it hard last year running heavy equipment like a boss on the wind farms!
I'd felt kinda run down, a little weak and had a persistent back ache for a few weeks, so, while I was off, figured I'd see the doctor and get shored up. Long story short, she ordered some tests and, low and behold, Carl the Colon Cancer was discovered! It has continually began to suck more and more every day since....
On April 13th I booked a stay at the absolute worst hotel ever, (Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN), and promptly had surgery to remove 1' of my sigmoid colon (Sigmoid Colectomy).
On April 28th I saw my surgeon who informed me that Carl had reached stage 3, spreading out of my colon, but not yet infiltrating my lymph nodes, and that we would need to employ chemotherapy to evict him. Not what I expected.
I am the primary bread winner, with a wife, three kids, four dogs and various basses and guitars that rely on me financially. I don't know to what degree chemo is gonna hit me. I've already been off work since February 8th, and I'm not sure when I'll go back on the board. Funds for the battle and daily life and loves is running low. The medical bills are just starting to roll in and it doesn't look promising.
I don't like being put in a position of compromise, but, Carl got the high ground on me before I even knew we were engaged, and much like Uncle Sam, I need You to help me win this fight. I can beat him, I just need the funds to finance the war, and the Pentagon wont take my calls...
On a serious note, I need help financially for my family and I to pay these ridiculous bills, fight the cancer, and not end up homeless in the process. I hate asking, but, I'm swallowing my pride and asking. Please help with whatever your head, heart and wallet can agree on. Thank you for your time, and your consideration.
