Leonie's opperation hope

Leonie is six years old and has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and curvature of the spine. She is already surpassing everyone's expectations and everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She is bright,funny and full of love, currently she is trying very hard to stand and walk but needs specialist equipment to do so.
We know she will one day walk unaided, she tries so hard .

However, her condition means that she is in a lot of pain.

The NHS has been amazing but can only do so much.
Her Consultant Pediatric Neurosurgeon at Queens Medical Center in Nottingham  has advised that a Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (S.D.R.) operation will help free her limbs and ease her pain, it may also help with future mobility.

This potentially life changing operation and the aftercare required will cost £35,000.00. We need your help to make this happen.
