Leonardo Marini Playground Memorial Fund

Leonardo Marini was a charming, joyful, bright, and fun-loving young man. Tragically, he died on November 25, at his home. He loved Maria Montessori School and all the friends he had here. Art, practical life and math were his favorite activities in the classroom.

His wonderful, loving energy will be greatly missed by his classmates and teachers.

Leo’s family has asked me to set up this Go Fund Me page, in his honor, with donations going to our playground fund. Leo delighted in playing outdoors, and they wish to memorialize his presence here at MMS in this way. We will include an inscription to remember and honor him on our next Elementary play structure, which has a planned installation next summer. 100% of the funds raised will go to our non-profit school’s playground campaign.
