Help Leonard Lewis, Jr. With His Liver Transplant
Leonard Lewis, Jr. was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer caused by severe non alcoholic cirrhosis in the July of 2019. He is in desperate need of a liver transplant due to the extent of the cirrhosis. Time is crucial as the cancer is at bay, but the condition of Len’s liver is worsening day by day.
Currently, Len is medically approved as a recipient for a liver donation and is awaiting response from his insurance carrier for final approval in order to move forward. In the meantime, the medical bills keep piling up and Len’s insurance out of pocket expenses must be met.
His wife, Sherry, will need money for travel from their North Carolina home to the transplant hospital located in Richmond, VA. The family has been on a limited income since Len had no choice but to give up his online business due to his declining health and Sherry has been unable to work due to a recent major back surgery.
Len and Sherry also have the concern of being able to provide assistance for their 31 old son, Andrew, who has severe cerebral palsy and is completely dependent and relies on round the clock care from his parents.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated. The Lewis Family thanks and blesses you for helping out in their time of need. Thank you.
