Leo Needs Emergency Surgery or He will die

Hello,

My name is Erik. I'm married and have 3 children in their 20's, 2 that are still living with us while they go to school. A friend had 3 dogs and couldn't keep all 3. It wasn't convenient, but we fell in love with Leo. He was 6 months old and full of energy, barraging us with kisses all the way home.

We've only had him a month and have him trained to walk with us, behaving himself. He will now shake hands, circle around me, and other tricks.

Leo also likes his chew toys. He has destroyed the strongest. Unfortunately, he bit off more than he could handle. A piece of rubber has caused blockage in his intestines. Without removal, it will soon perforate and kill him. He goes in for surgery 4/13 at 10 am, but we don't have the money. It's scheduled anyway, because what else can we do but hope for miracles.
