Lenin’s fight against FIP

Donation protected
Our 1 year old baby, Lenin, was diagnosed of Diaphragmatic Hernia and effusive/wet FIP (Feline Infectious Peritronitis) last January 22, 2020.

Because of the tear in her diaphragm, Lenin lost appetite and became lethargic, she also lost weight and had difficulty breathing.
We brought her to the vet and they conducted tests on her and it was seen on her x-ray that her organs were already inside her diaphragm because of the tear. Lenin underwent surgery to close the tear and put her organs back into place. Her vets commended her for being strong and cooperating because the surgery was a bit hard to do. Unfortunately, they found liquid inside her chest which amounted to 100mL and even though her blood test was normal, they found out that Lenin had FIP.

We are truly heartbroken, and even if we want to, we cannot afford the treatment available for FIP. But I cannot bear to give up on her. Lenin is 1 of our 4 cats, she is the sweetest and she’s the one always looking out for them.

Please, we are begging for your help. I’ve seen hope in teamwork, and I hope we could still give her the treatment before it’s too late.
We badly need funds to get started on the treatment, or maybe any leftover treatments could do.

We are reaching out in the hopes that we could still raise enough money and be able see our beautiful Lenin live a longer happy and healthy life. Please help us!
