Lend an Ear - Help Kye Hear

Hey everyone!
It’s Katelyn, Kye’s Mom. Kye was
born with hearing loss in both of his ears. We have done countless hearing tests through the years that he has always failed... finally this past September at 5 years old we decided something had to be done and insisted he trial hearing aids. After years of wondering if he would ever pass, with the help of his loaned hearing aids, he passed his first hearing test! On the way home he said ‘Mom, I can hear the road!’. I couldn’t believe how bad his hearing was until he could tell the difference . He was amazed by all the new sounds he could hear! Now, after 5 months of seeing what a great success the loaner hearing aids have been, it’s time to get his own . These hearing aids will cost around $2,000 and they should last for 5 years. I have recently learned that I have no insurance or coverage for these so the cost is totally out of pocket. This is why we are asking for your help! Any donation, big or small helps! thank you all!
