Hi, my name is Vy a close friend of Nathan. I’m raising funds on behalf of Nathan and Nathan’s family. Nathan is 39 years old. He is an American Expat living in Thailand for the past 8 years. Nathan is one of the most humble, lovable human beings that I know. In particular, his kindness seems limitless. He has a beautiful family, a wife and a 3 year old daughter. His family is his life.

What Happen:
On April 3, 2021 Nathan suffered a hemorrhagic stoke while having lunch with the Expat Club at a restaurant. He was immediately rushed to the emergency and had surgery done. A blood clots was removed on the right side of his brain. He is currently in the ICU in the Thailand government hospital. His left leg is paralyzed. At the moment he is hooked on a ventilator and can only make small movement with his fingers.

Treatment Fundraising:
The hospital cost is about $1200 - $1300 a day. Nathan does not have insurance. We need as much help as everyone can provide in order to keep him in the hospital. He and his family certainly will not be able to pay for the treatment necessary. Therefore, I am extremely grateful for any and every donation you might be able to make. The hospital is very good and the chance of Nathan doing well is a lot higher if he continue to receive treatment. He will be in the ICU for at least seven to ten days. The doctors said he might have to be hospitalized for 1 month or more. He will probably need therapy after recovery.
