Lend a Hand to Penny and Her Furry Friends

My name is Penny Whitaker; I am in my 50s and have had a lot of serious medical issues this year such as congestive heart failure and a recent diabetic coma. These health issues have made it impossible for me to work or find employment.

I have housing assistance at the moment and some food stamps.

What I am in desperate need of is help covering my monthly bills like my cell phone, Wi-Fi, and car insurance. My car tag renewal is also coming up in a few months. This will be a big issue as my apartment complex will tow it for expired tags, and it will impede my job hunt. I also have problems affording basic hygiene necessities and pet supplies (like litter and food). My vet bills are being covered for my 3 purr babies.
