One of the best things about working in Collierville is getting to know all the different types of people in our community. Today, I’m reaching out on behalf of a friend who needs our help.

She is a warm, generous, and hard-working woman who always has a smile for everyone she meets. Until recently, she worked at Chick-fil-A, where many of you may have been greeted by her kindness firsthand. Unfortunately, she’s had to step away from work to focus on her battle with cancer.

While her family has been doing their best to help her make ends meet, she recently suffered storm damage to her roof. The repairs require a $1,000 deductible—an amount that is not feasible for her in her current situation. Because of this, she isn’t planning to file a claim, leaving her roof damaged and her home vulnerable.

We want to help lift this burden from her and her family.

Our goal is to raise $1,000 to cover the deductible so she can move forward with roof repairs and start healing—both physically and emotionally—without this added stress.
