Leland's Story - Batten Disease

In May 2015 Leland then 8 years old was diagnosed with a rare and evil disease called Batten, which is incurable.

A vibrant young boy with so much to look forward to in life, was now given a huge unpromising life.  In the past three years,  Leland's health has and is slowly deteriorating.....he has now almost lost complete sight and the disease is also impairing his speech and thought process.

My name is Ed Roberts (Leland's Dad) a single father with joint custody and I am having  a tough time financially now with missing time off work and attending all (most) appointments.

Any funds will go to help support Leland for health appointments, activities  (therapy)and if any extra towards research in this terrible disease (Batten)
