Help Justin have Surgery

In July 2014, during an unexpected hospitalization, a large 4cm x 2cm tumor was found in Justin so chest.
Since then the tumor has grown to over 9cms x 4cms as of his last MRI in February and it continues to grow.
Justin has been receiving excellent care from MD Anderson Cancer Center and is scheduled for surgery May 28, 2015.
This surgery will be very invasive with a long recovery ahead. Ribs will have to be removed and the shoulder and right arm are involved to remove the tumor. Justin will need rehab of his right arm after surgery.
He has been blessed by many with donations to get to this point the time enable him to have surgery. The monthly expenses of the insurance premium and travel back and forth is still needed.
Please help Justin keep his insurance and cover out of pocket expenses so that he is able to get the rehab and care he will need after surgery until he can go back to work.
