Leila’s Custom Bike

The community once again has showed their love and support for our little girl Leila! ❤️❤️❤️

We started out asking for only votes from friends and family, and supporters of 1001 Cranes, 1 Wish fundraiser so we could win an adaptable bike. This bike would mean Leila could be included in family bike rides around our neighbourhood. And WOW!! The response from everyone was astonishing! We are currently in 1st place, and because you not only voted but donated we’ve now met the set goal—-Leila gets the bike!

If you are still interested in supporting Leila’s wish for a bike, we would love the support to go towards customizing it be comfortable for her. That would mean a headrest, belts & harness, and lat-supports to keep her comfortably & correctly positioned, as she cannot sit on her own.

We all all excited, especially her younger sister and brother, to all the biking adventures this summer.
