I am asking for your support to fight a nightmare scenario that should never happen in a free society: I was forced by a Florida court to undergo a C-section against my will. While I was in active labor, the state took me to court, and a judge ordered surgeons to perform a procedure I did not consent to. My human rights were violated, and my voice was completely silenced. I have secured a legal team to take this national case to the next level to ensure this never happens to another person. However, fighting this injustice is incredibly expensive. We are facing high court costs, essential expert witnesses (OB/GYNS, nurses), and intense deposition fees. My lawyers are working on a contingency basis, but we need to cover the upfront costs to prepare this landmark case.
