Our family is reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your help in supporting Rachel Milton, a devoted daughter who has been tirelessly caring for her mother, Clemencia Kidd, through some of the most difficult years of her life.

Clemencia suffers from multiple health challenges, including memory loss and mental health issues, and Rachel has been her primary caregiver — advocating for her medical care, managing daily needs, and offering the love and stability only a daughter can give. Despite these years of devotion, a recent court decision denied Rachel’s request for guardianship and instead appointed a temporary guardian, without giving Rachel or her attorney an opportunity to respond to concerns or correct anything.

This sudden decision has caused incredible emotional pain to Rachel, Clemencia, and our entire family — and has placed Clemencia in the care of someone who doesn't know her as Rachel does. We strongly believe that this situation is not only unjust but harmful to Clemencia’s well-being.

Rachel is now fighting to regain her role as legal guardian — but she needs legal representation to do so. Unfortunately, the legal fees are estimated at $20,000, a cost that is far beyond what Rachel or our family can afford on our own.
