Post-Arrest Support for Noelle

Our beloved friend and comrade Noelle has been illegally detained by federal agents in Portland while peacefully protesting. Her first amendment right of Freedom of Speech has been infringed upon.

My name is Ellen Tuohy and I am her close friend. I am raising money on Noelle's behalf- she is going to need help with legal fees for a lawyer and any fines. Any money raised that she doesnt use for legal necessities will be donated to legal funds for Portland protestors and the ACLU. 

This case and others like her are an attack not only on our communities but also our democracy.

Update: Noelle has been released from holding and her car was not impounded so she was able to leave and is safe. She now faces legal battles so thank you to all that have donated.

The original goal was 2 grand but it has been brought to my attention that a lawyer and the associated legal fees and fines are higher than what I thought. 
Noelle will have complete control over the withdrawal process and how she wants to divvy up the funds. Anything remaining will be donated to organizations related to the cause.
