Legal Funds to defend our Deed Restrictions

Raising money from our neighbors to defend our Deed Restrictions against the current Wedding Venues and any new attempts to bring commercial business to our neighborhood. We can establish an a count where the funds can go to and receive a vote from all that contribute as to how the monies are used.  Initially I would recommend that we send a cease and desist letter to both wedding venues and posture ourselves that we will take action if they continue to hold events.  That if they advertise their properties for sale as commercial property (RedBrickHouse) that we will pursue legal actions against them and any buyers.
