Legal Fund to defend a Suit in North Lake

North Lake Land Owners Association is  being sued by a North Lake Resident because the board refused to approve a variance to change their deed restrictions from Residential to Commercial.  Since we are a Non Profit with voluntary dues, we do not have the funds available to fight the suit. We need help from neighbors and those who feel that putting a commercial building in a residential area is wrong. The commercial building could be anything from a multi-story business to a 24/7 convince store with gas pumps. The North Lake Board of Directors feels this is WRONG!. We need your help with the legal fight to stop this suit. So far the board has spent over $7,000, but this is not near enough to stop this suit, unfortunately.
