Legal Fund for Black Trans Single Parent

Thank you for taking the time to read this. It seems as if I am permanently submerged in some unnecessary problem where I have to ask my community for financial aid. Yet, that is my reality.

This entire situation is messy and disgusting, but long story short:

My mother, who lives in the United States, has recently been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She will need to undergo surgery and chemotherapy. My child's part-time and abusive parent has filed a border blocker on me as they have created the fantasy that I will use my mother's cancer as a reason to flee my home of Germany to live in the United States with my child.

They have expendable income from the NFT and high art international communities and support from their family. Therefore they can systemically abuse and oppress me to their benefit. They have lied and bent the truth to the government to position themselves as a victim in this situation.

I am the primary caretaker of our child. I am constantly working to ensure that our child is taken care of, healthy, and emotionally and developmentally thriving.

They have reported to the government the dates I am to be out of Berlin on a work contract to justify that I am a flight risk. This job will provide for my family and enhance my career. They have notified the police of my intent to see my sick mother, so I am blocked at the border. These actions are undeniably abusive, so I need to take legal action.

However, I am unable to afford this alone. I will need to support my mother in recovery and my child as a single parent.

I am asking the community for help.

Quotes from lawyers range from 180 to 390 euros an hour. One firm even asked for a 10,000 euro retainer.

I will not do verfahrenkostenhife as the last time I did this, my lawyer for another case did minimal work and didn't show up to court.
My current lawyer is not responding to my emails after I have given her 2100 of donation money to handle this case which she ensured she would be present for.
