LEGAL FEES FOR BUSTER

Buster was taken to a vets approximately 2 months ago to be put to sleep, his owners didn't want him anymore, they had a new baby, Buster is 2 years old, Buster had decided the baby was his and would guard it, the owners chose not to work with him just to get rid of him. They had had him since a puppy.

The vets convinced them to hand him over and transfer ownership them. They then handed him over to a
Non For Profit Organisation.

The organisation handed him to us as an emergency foster, they had never met us before. They then decided that he had to go to a behaviourist, she changed his name, locked him in a crate and covered him in the dark
to eat........this poor little dog escaped death only to be tortured, I have specifically omitted names as we
would like to take this organisation to court and do not want to jeopardise his future.

We struggled with Buster, as we were having essential work one at home and the situation was an upheaval, a very dear friend agreed to take him with the rescues approval.

He was so so happy with her; until that is the rescue group lured her to the vet and quite literally took him in the vet and out the back door, they apparently wanted him back because they could not get any communication from our friend, they were using the wrong email address but would not admit to it, not even a phone call to check the the address was correct. Nothing.

This dog was so so happy with our friend and her son, we have spoken to a solicitor who specialises in dog
law, he is willing to take on the case, but says a ball park figure is £5,000 for the case. This so called NFP
Rescue have been litigated before, they are nasty people, we believe they have got him back for monetary
gain, we have also been told by a barrister friend having explained the case to him that we have a good case.

We simply do not have the money to do this, we need all the help we can get please. I will hand on heart
promise that any excess funds that hopefully we get in the kitty will go to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
