Legal fees fighting for equal Child Custody

My name is Jonathan and I am fighting for 50/50 Custody of my son. I am currently separated from my wife and have been going through the divorce process for over a year now. The legal fees are piling up and in order to continue with a trial I have to come up with a $5000 deposit by the 11th. If I can't I will have to settle the case and will only be able to see my son one day a week and every other weekend. My attorney has had to defend me for unfounded accusations of not paying child support and even had to get a judge to order her to let me have my son after not getting him for 2 1/2 months. I have offered her the house and all of the assets just to have equal visitation rights to no avail. Please help me fight for my son.
