legal but totally immoral eviction

My wife patricia & I are both 74 years old, we bought a
house on Camposol Spain paid 104000€ and moved in 2005, we found out the house had been mi-sold to us
our solicitor told us we contracted for a Vivienda, but the house we got was Turistico, to be used for tourist lets as a business & it was unsafe to get our escituras (deeds)
we went to court & won the case against MASA builders
in Totana Spain, MASA appealed ,the case was sent to an higher court in Lorca Spain they lost the appeal, MASA then appealled to the Supreme court in Madrid. At this point we had spent all our savings on fighting this case.
They lost this final appeal, we where told we could stay in the house till MASA refunded our money the held ownership we were creditors, all went well till MASA went into bankrupcy
ownership went to the liquidators, and we have no rights at all
Our house is up for auction this week
we have only 2 options
A. walk away and lose everything
B. buy our property from the auction, we have been advised 25000€ would buy our house back
In short we have paid out 104000€ + 18000€ in legal fees, we are 74 year old pensioners who have done nothing wrong, and without help will be homeless by Christmas, we will be forever gratefull if your donations large or small, prevent this misscarriage of justice
