At the time, Scotiabank was the largest foreign investor in Elbit Systems and due to the accumulated pressure of protestors across Canada, the bank completely divested in February 2026.

<div>For two years, these 44 P4l3st1n3 solidarity protestors have been fighting charges of cr1m1n4l m1schi3f, and legal proceedings are currently underway for a large proportion of them. The co-defendants and their lawyers are bringing a motion before the crown arguing that their Charter Rights were violated by the SPVM: kettling, unlawful detention, and harassment.
