Legal Aid for Reyah’s return(BRING REYAH HOME)

My best friend Isabella has a 1 year old daughter named Reyah, they’re very attached to each other and unfortunately the father and Bella did not work out. He hasn’t filed (to our knowledge) and bella cannot afford to. On June 2nd, Bella dropped Reyah off to her father. They have a mutual agreement that, he would get Reyah, Friday after work until Monday before work. The 3rd comes and Bella calls the father to see if they’re going to go see fireworks for the 4th, he informs her REYAH(without authorization from a Bella and without the father being there) is now on vacation in Mississippi with people we are unfamiliar with. We contacted every police department they told us that; since there is no legal custody agreement, they can’t help us. Bella drove to Mississippi to retrieve her daughter Monday morning after she never came home. Once she showed up they informed her Reyah was in ALABAMA. We have have no knowledge of where exactly she is or who she is with. This is terrifying. We just want her home. He is physically, emotionally and mentally abused Bella for years. He won’t let her have any of HER money because every account was in his name. She’s needs help paying for legal aid working to get Reyah home safe and sound where she belongs and divorced so she can receive assistance. Bella is a wonderful mother she’s been with Reyah almost every single day since she’s been born besides when she goes with her father for the weekend. We just want REYAH HOME. If you’re able to help her get through this it’s very much appreciated, Bella and Reyah need to be back together.
