Legal advice funding

The purpose of this fundraiser is to pay for legal advice regarding the pending Quistclose Trust litigation, and in particular to advise Funding Secure investors as to the best course of action.

The legal advice thus obtained will only be shared with those who are verified by the Creditors Committee as being genuine platform investors.

If the funding target is met for the group's preferred barrister (as per the group vote) I will instruct that barrister. If the funding goal is not met by the end of the month, I will instruct the next cheapest barrister. If funding does not allow anyone to be instructed, funds will be returned.

As barristers are VAT registered, any VAT registered doner can reclaim the VAT element of their donation, please contact me via our Facebook group if you would like a VAT receipt.
