Legacy of Nick Mort

Nick Mort was a true inspiration to everyone around him and anyone that ever came in contact with him. He leaves behind a beautiful family in his wife Beth and twin sons Harry & Louis. He also leaves his Parents, brother and Taid.
As Nick’s friends, we are devastated by the news of his passing and our hearts break for his twin boys who were born in April 2017 as they won’t grow up having really known their amazing Dad. So we wanted to pull together this page to try and add a final piece of the puzzle to Nick’s legacy as a husband, a father, a son, a brother and a friend.
Harry and Louis are just over a year old and will now grow up without a father to help support them through life’s decisions and challenges. Nick always wanted the best for his boys and he would give anything to do that. Therefore, we are asking anyone and everyone, who wants to help give these boys the best future possible, to show some support by making a donation. No matter how little the donation, it will be appreciated greatly.
As Nick was an active fighter of Cystic Fibrosis, we believe it is only right to ensure any donation given also gets shared to the CF Trust. For every £1 raised, 30pence will be given directly to the CF Trust to help others like Nick and their families, who fight a daily battle against CF. The remaining 70p per £1 will go straight to Harry and Louis Mort for when they are 18 years old and go off to University or purchase their first homes as adults.
We want to actively spread awareness of the effects CF has on individuals and their loved ones, so please feel free to donate directly to the CF Trust as an additional gift in Nick’s honour to help those others who are in need of help and support in fighting this terminal disease: Click Here
On behalf of everyone this has affected, we thank each and every one of you for support during this very tough time. Each memory shared and condolence message received, has been a huge help in dealing with Nick’s early departure from this world.
Nick was the most grateful and generous man we knew and he will be missed forever. His legacy will live on in his boys and we can all help to ensure they have the life Nick wanted for them and the life they deserve.
