leg perthes disease

I just got. bad news and money is tight as this month has been rough. i would love and appreciate all and any help I can get since it was unexpected. I'm scared to lose my dog to this please anything would help. he is a great dog that puts a smile on everyone's face. he is an emotional support dog and can light up any room with his goofy personality. for those who don't know what leg perthes is its a hip disorder initiated by a disruption of blood flow to the head of the femur. Due to the lack of blood flow, the bone dies (osteonecrosis or avascular necrosis) and stops growing. Over time, healing occurs by new blood vessels infiltrating the dead bone and removing the necrotic bone which leads to a loss of bone mass and a weakening of the femoral head. he is losing so much mobility so fast and is no longer able to run or go for walks and cant even chase his favorite ball.
