Leg Amputation/ Kidney Transplant

My name is Jeremy Hilburn. I am 42 years old. I am going to give you a brief description of my life over the last 6 years. June 2013 (picture 3) I went into an ER I was feeling ill and was diagnosed with Kidney Failure. I was placed on dialysis immediately. Over the last 6 years I have gone through home and center dialysis. Dialysis kills you inside and out. I developed Char-cot Syndrome due to the dialysis. My bones in my lower body bones crush and literally dissolve. In December 2016 I lost part of my foot from an infection in my left toe bones. Since then I have not used my left leg without a brace, cage, boot, etc... Fast forward . October 2017 I went into surgery and had bolts and a rod inserted  in my ankle to support the talus that dissolved Picture 1 and 2).  The hardware works but my bones did not heal. March 15, 2018 my father Felipe Hilburn passed away suddenly. My father was able to donate the gift of life to me twice. His passing allowed my father to gift me a kidney (picture 4 and 5). I am a fundraiser for the National Kidney Foundation the picture are from May 2018's walk in Dallas.  On July 31, 2018 my left leg will be amputated below the knee. I have been able to push forward in life both financially and mentally. Now I am pushed up against a wall. I with my parents have been able to keep my moving along with all the other medical expenses I have had. Surgeries, pharmaceuticals, doctors co pays, dialysis supplies and equipment. I was not able to work for 3 months after my kidney transplant. I now need help with medical supplies  wheelchair, walker, forearm crutches, a prosthetic, physical rehabilitation and other medical supplies I will need. Anything you can help with I would be greatly thankful and truly appreciative. If you know me this is not my style at all but I need help and I am man enough to finally admit it.
