Lee's medical visit to MAYO CLINIC

Hello my name is Leora "Lee" Sterling I am a lifelong resident of Rockford, IL. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 Cervical Cancer. My doctors at the University of Madison want me to undergo a life altering surgery but because of the different diagnosis from attending physicians I would like to go to MAYO CLINIC in Rochester, Mn for a second opinion .
Since receiving the needed treatments up to this point, medical expenses are astronomical. I do not have insurance benefits for the second opinion visit so I am in need of some financial assistance for myself and my medical advocate. I need flight, hotel accomodations for up to three days, which will allow the medical professionals ample time to examine me and give me a diagnosis.
I am scheduled for surgery at UW for late February or early March, I am attempting to get this second opinion before that time. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
