We have lost our selfless, loving young man. Our beautiful courageous Lee, sadly passed away on Wednesday 20th May. As a family, we are still trying to comprehend his sudden and catastrophic death at such a young age.
Despite Lee having many disabilities he freely loved and cared, capturing the hearts and minds of everyone he met; with his selfless love. He offered to all unconditionally, using his strength, innocence and will, to live his life to the full, was an example to us all.
❤️His memory will live on forever - Our lives are much richer for that❤️
Lee personified love and gave life, even in death. It was his wishes to donate his organs. As a result of his audacious love, 3 people and their families have been given the gift of life.
Lee would not want you to be sad, but to remember him for the fun, happy person he was. Even with all the challenges Lee faced in his life, medically and physically, he never gave up. He never complained or grumbled about life, but forever smiled and filled every person he met with joy. For 37 years he battled to have a life, he overcame many difficulties to show the world, that people with learning disabilities matter!
