Lee County, VA Endowed Scholarship

This fund is for the newly founded Lee County Endowed Scholarship fund. The purpose of these funds are to start an endowed scholarship that will benefit the graduates of Lee County, VA schools for years to come. The funds will be used to help selected graduates of Lee County Schools to attend Mountain Empire Community College. Currently there are no endowed scholarships that specifically benefit the students of Lee County, VA. We as board members of the newly formed Lee County Endowed Scholarship Committee have been tasked to find a solution to this problem. We currently have a donor that is willing to match all donations until we can get the scholarship up and running. Any donation, no matter the size, will be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax-deductible under the IRS rules for contributions to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
