LeBlanc Medical trip to Cincinnati

Donation protected
Declan LeBlanc was born on the 2nd of March 2018. He is now in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit at the Rocky Mountain Hospital for children at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Sadly, Declan was born with a severe form of Vacterl Sequence which includes malformations of the trachea, esophagus, heart, and the spine. He will require numerous surgeries. Unfortunately, due to these uncommon conditions, the Cincinnati Children's hospital is the only medical center in the United States that specializes in these conditions and treatment. The hospital and the family are preparing to transfer Declan to Ohio. Only one parent will be allowed on the medical flight.

We are trying to raise funds to allow Mr. Larry LeBlanc to travel to Ohio in the family vehicle to meet up with Teresa and Declan. He will travel cross country approximately 1200 miles one way. the funds will be used to allow Larry to be with his wife and newborn son while he endures numerous surgeries and a long recovery period.  Larry will probably need to make many trips between Colorado and Ohio.

The funds will be used for travel from Colorado Springs, Colorado to Cincinnati, Ohio. This will include gas, food, hotels, and unexpected maintenance for the vehicle. This will also cover plane tickets for future trips to and from the Ohio area.

Any donations for the LeBlanc family are appreciated, we thank you for any donation in any amount. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.
