<div>On the evening of <strong>February 6, 2025</strong>, a devastating fire destroyed The Learning Hub—an essential after-school and summer program serving the children and families of <strong>Northview Heights Estates</strong>, a Pittsburgh Housing Authority community.

<div>The Learning Hub was a place of <strong>hope, learning, and opportunity</strong> for countless children, providing tutoring, mentorship, and a safe space to grow. Now, that space is gone.

However, the children and families of the community are deeply saddened by this loss and are concerned about losing the much-needed programs that The Learning Hub has provided over the years.

<div>The <strong>United Methodist Church Union</strong> has been serving the Pittsburgh community for over <strong>131 years</strong>, creating and sustaining vital programs like The Learning Hub. We are <strong>determined to rebuild </strong>and continue our mission of providing educational and social support for the children of Northview Heights.
