Many of our own are in need of our support right now. Wildfires have wiped out many of our emergency service workers homes. Wildfires stormed through Sonoma County burning homes, and neighborhoods to the ground.
Amongst the people that lost their homes are our own Retired San Francisco Fire Dept BC Phil Leanio and his wife Terry. Also many other of our emergency workers have lost their homes. All of us want to help them so I am creating this gofundme for them. Phil would also like to help other emergency workers who have lost their homes, many from SFFD. Whatever money is collected will be distributed to as many people as it can help. Phil Leanio will be the lead on where it goes.
I talked to Terry and she said,"I went back to my house and all that was standing was my statues of my angel and a firefighter". This is amazing. Terry is an angel herself. Phil and Terry are the most giving, loving couple many of us know. They lost everything and they still want to make sure that other people get the help they need as well. God Bless the Leanio Family and all of the other emergency workers that lost their homes. This tragedy is hitting hard for all of us in the Bay Area. I am also going to post yesterdays interview with Tara Moriarty from KTVU Channel 2 of Phil and Terry.

The funds will be spent to help Terry, Phil and other emergency workers who lost their homes. It will help for immediate needs, as well as rebuilding their lives.
