Let us tell you about our best friend!

Everyone meet Taylor, loving mother and wife. Ok ok, you already know who she is: life of the party, rockstar, Wonder Woman, warrior! That’s her. Right there people. And if you’re someone lucky enough to call her friend, we know we are preaching to the choir.

Recently, Taylor has had to kick it up a notch with her awesomeness (if that’s even possible) in order to help support her family of four during these unprecedented times. She has been working two full time jobs for months now continuing her work as the K Kids Director at Kensington Church and has also taken a job as a teacher, virtually teaching, for a split 3rd/4th grade class. Working 80 hours a week has helped keep her and her family afloat, but just barely. As you can imagine, this leaves her mentally drained by the end of the day, which makes it very difficult for her to be the attentive mother and wife that she has always been, especially to Jaxon who needs just a little extra attention from his super mom.

We hate to see our girl so defeated right now, struggling to not lose who she is, so we want to do something to help lighten the load.

Before this pandemic, Taylor and Joe had finally started on a path that they hoped would help Jax. This involved various types of therapies that were suited to Jaxon’s needs. The pandemic has unfortunately altered these therapies and ultimately put a road block in their path. The progress they were making with him has,in some ways, been put on hold—not only due to shut downs but also financial strife. There are ways for Jaxon to continue therapy, but unfortunately time, and most of all, money are an issue the Leals are facing at the moment. We understand this has been tough on a lot of people, but some of us have been pretty lucky too. This is why we are asking close family and friends of the Leals for some assistance.

We’ve set up this Go Fund Me page to help them out; our main goal is to raise money to help them with any of the medical expenses they may endure or need to continue with one-on-one therapy for Jaxon. We are asking you for anything that you can donate to them. Time is also a commodity that can be given as well, so if this is all you can give, we are certain they’d appreciate it very much.
