Leah's Family Court Fees

My name is John Mollica and I am the single father of a beautiful little human being. I've been blessed to have the opportuinity to raise her since she was two months old with full custody. Her mother has been absent all her life and recently, after years of absence, she decides to pop back in her life. Her mother has a record of unstability, subtance abuse, and negligence. She failed to ever submit her permanent address of residence to avoid her responsibilities. Florida laws are very one sided towards women   I have a big chance of losing her to basically a stranger.  Leah's mother is awarded supervised visits but never attends,  we show up and she never does. After years of uncertainty and pain, now Leah doesn't want to go and has no interest of meeting or getting to know her.  Leah is 8 yrs old and already does advanced gymnastics on the teen team and has a 5th grade reading level. She excels in school and has a beautiful personality everybody is attracted to. We have created a beautiful relationship without her "mother", even after giving her chances of redeeming herself. Leah does not deserve to be put through this. Leah's mother comes from a wealthy background that allows her to drag us to court once again, a financial battle I do not have the resources to fight and that's why I am now coming to you for help.
