The time has come to make my first full length, eight song album!
It will be filled with songs you've come to love over the past few years and a couple new ones I'm sure you'll enjoy.
I have a goal of $8,000 in order to cover 10 days of recording, mixing, and mastering with Jeff Zipp at Light Machine Records as well as compensation for the nine other musicians who will be working on the album with me including John Kastelic on viola, Ross Christopher Fairbairn on stand-up bass, and the Black Dog String Quartet!
I'm hoping to get into the studio at the end of February or early March to begin recording. The whole process will take a few months which means there could be a finished product as early June! There isn't any rush so the goal is to have it all completed by August 2020.
Creating this album will be a huge stepping stone for me in my musical career as my last EP Come Home got some recognition on CBC Radio!
All of you have been waiting so patiently for me to release more music and I'm just over the moon that the time is finally here. I've created some fun incentives for those of you who would like to contribute more if you feel called to do so.
