League Of Heroes WORLD CUP 2025
Donation protected
The League of Heroes are a group of volunteers who are using the 'beautiful game' of football to raise funds for homeless veterans across the globe.
The inaugural Veterans World Cup will take place in May 2025. Eight nations have created teams from those who have served in the Armed Forces in order to win the trophy.
We need your help to raise funds for this worthy cause. The Royal British Legion estimates there are 6,000 homeless veterans in the UK, and while the number of veterans sleeping rough isn’t 100% clear, most estimates place the figure at around 3% to 6% of the rough sleeping population.
In order to run the tournament, we need to raise sufficient funds to cover pitch hire, accommodation transport and food for the teams in the build up and during the tournament. Once we have covered these costs, every penny will go towards veteran charities.
Our next big fundraiser is our founder, Jono Farrelly embarking on a 9 day, 250 mile 'tab' from Newquay to Wellington Barracks, London, in early September. He will be sleeping rough along the way to raise awareness of homeless veterans.
We need you to support Jono on this significant challenge, so please dig deep to donate to the League of Heroes as we endeavour to change the lives of those veterans who struggle after serving their country.

Thank you.
