A True Voice for Women Leaders

Our world needs order AND creativity. Courage AND care. Strength AND vulnerability. These powers come from balancing the divine feminine and masculine energies that are expressed through ALL genders. When men and women leaders embrace both energies, ALL leaders are empowered to listen and speak from the heart. This is the key to restoring economic,  social, interpersonal, political, and  environmental harmony in our world.

My work is to empower the women of my community by calling forth their True Voice.

To expand my impact, I’m adding the Co-Active Leadership Program to my experience as a published writer and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Support this mission by making a donation to fund my training. When one rises, we all rise. 


MY STORY

Hi, I'm Kirsten Incorvaia, a coach & writer based in San Diego, CA. 

My personal journey has been one of losing my voice and rediscovering it. As a young girl, I was "locquacious" in my grandmother's words: I spoke my mind with fearless boldness. I loved to sing and write and draw and serve as interpreter for what I observed around me. This True Voice made people uncomfortable, because I often called out things they didn't want to see. So I learned to censor myself. Make myself small. Silence myself in service of maintaining the status quo. My spirit shriveled, my light dimmed, and I physically lost my voice. Chronic throat infections told of my suppressed truths and strangled self expression. With every day of silence, I lost connection to myself and others. I lost connection to my greater purpose.

By my mid 20s, I was desperate to reconnect with my life force. I saw my favorite writers and teachers expressing their True Voice, and it awakened an ember inside my heart. Though it terrified me, I started sharing my truth in the safety of writing circles. The warm ember of my True Voice grew through yoga, meditation, music, art, writing, women's gatherings, and coaching trainings. Every time I revealed a deeper layer of my real self, I was met with celebration and connection. I found the power of the True Voice: the soul voice of vulnerability, compassion, caring, love and truth. It's the power to connect, create, and heal. 

OUR STORY

The more I shared my True Voice, the more women around me started sharing theirs. I dove headfirst into my life purpose of calling forth the True Voice of women leaders in my community by reconnecting with truth, vision, and purpose. I've watched my clients skyrocket into powerful expressions of their True Voice in creative endeavors, personal relationships, and business dreams. And they all have one thing in common: a burning desire to make our world better. 

My dream is for all women to claim our True Voice as the vehicle for authentic leadership. When a woman speaks her True Voice, mountains move. Seas part. Destruction turns to Creation. Hatred to Love. Disconnection to Connection. A woman's True Voice has the power to heal the world, one voice at a time. It's the power of the archetypal mother to restore balance, bring people together, listen, love, and take care. Everyone is welcome. Our collective True Voice can solve our great political, environmental, economic, health, and spiritual challenges. When all beings are expressed in our True Voice, we are seen and known. We are creative and innovative. We can heal the world.

3 YEAR PLAN

I will use the tools, tribe and mentorship from the Co-Active Leadership Program to: 
 
-Lead my first international retreat for authentic women leaders
-Expand Fearless Leadership corporate training program for rising women leaders  
-Finish and publish my first book
-Host regular local community events and workshops 
-Build a tribe of creative & entrepreneurial women with a vision to change the world
