Participation au Championnat du Monde de sushis. Tokyo 2023 !
Au-delà de ses trois titres de vice-champion de France et des autres prix remportés lors des championnats de France de sushi; Jeremi est sélectionné pour la première fois avec deux autres chefs pour se rendre au Championnat du monde de sushis au Japon. Ce championnat se déroulera en janvier 2023 à TOKYO.
JÉRÉMI SEGUDA
Passionné d’art en général, Jérémi a une affection pour l’univers et la culture nippone. Entre l’art floral et culinaire, son cœur balance.
Le jeune homme a débuté par la confection de kokedamas et de leurs supports en céramique. Puis l’artiste va faire un choix stratégique pour pouvoir vivre de sa passion. Il se concentre sur la réalisation de sushis et de plats japonais.
Entrepreneur dans l’âme, il créée l’entreprise « Artisan sushi Chamonix » qui est devenue aujourd'hui "YUMIDORI" Chamonix.
Le sushiman mets un point d’honneur à soigner au quotidien, ces mets à la fois sophistiqués et raffinés. Ses produits sont ensuite commercialisés au sein de toute la vallée de Chamonix.
Pour son projet, il ne se présente pas en tant qu’entrepreneur, mais bien comme artiste culinaire, désireux de mettre en valeur son savoir-faire.

Beyond his three titles of vice-champion of France and the other prizes won during the French sushi championships; Jeremi is selected for the first time along with two other chefs to go to the World Sushi Championship in Japan. This championship will take place in January 2023 in TOKYO.
JÉRÉMI SEGUDA
Passionate about art in general, Jérémi has an affection for the Japanese universe and culture. Between floral and culinary art, her heart swings. The young man began by making kokedamas and their ceramic supports. Then the artist will make a strategic choice to be able to live from his passion. He focuses on making sushi and Japanese dishes.
Entrepreneur at heart, he created the company "Artisan sushi Chamonix" which has now become "YUMIDORI" Chamonix.
The sushiman makes it a point of honor to take care of these sophisticated and refined dishes on a daily basis. Its products are then marketed throughout the Chamonix valley.
For his project, he does not present himself as an entrepreneur, but as a culinary artist, eager to showcase his know-how.
