LCPFFA Local 2362 for Humanitarian Aide

UPDATE!!! We can never express our gratitude enough for the tremendous amount of support we have received in this endeavour. While we still work to support those in need and in doing so ease the strain on the numerous volunteers and on the Community by supplying the items needed to facilitate getting those onto their next destination with minimal impact to all involved, we are keeping this gofundme up and running as long as we need. Please share, please support and thank you for everything. The Las Cruces Professional Firefighters Association Local 2362 swore an oath when we became firefighters in the City of Las Cruces. We pledged to protect everyone in Las Cruces, in times of need and emergency. Regardless of your political differences, preferences or personal thoughts about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in our city, we need your help. We need your help so we can help Asylum Seekers in the short time they are here in our city. Their financial struggles are intense; paying for medications and providing basic needs for infants and small children. These things are not covered by the tremendous donations that are already coming in. Your firefighters of Local 2362 are asking for your help right now. We want all Asylum Seekers to remember the gracious generosity and aid our great city of Las Cruces gave them in their short stay on their long, hard and dangerous journeys. All monies raised will go directly to this serious humanitarian crisis right here in Las Cruces. You give us the opportunity to keep you safe every day.
