LCN Bands Need a Semi-Trailer!

The band program at L'Anse Creuse High School-North has been growing consistently over the past few years, and we are reaching the point that as we continue to increase the growth of our program, the need for better transportation for our equipment has increased. While we have access to a 12ft and 24ft trailer, these are no longer adequate to transport our equipment to our competition and performance sites because we are bursting at the seams. Instead of asking for another trailer, we are looking to upgrade to a semi-trailer to be our carry-all for everything. This will help us save on gas costs and drivers. It will also be an overall better ride for our equipment due to the suspension of the trailer, thus saving us money in the long run on equipment repairs and potential damage. This money will not only assist with the purchase of the trailer, but most of it will go towards the internal and external renovation of the trailer, enabling us to safely pack and transport all the equipment.

We are asking the community, friends and families to help us achieve this goal and help these hard working students and their equipment reach their destinations so they can continue to deliver the outstanding performances that they give us every time.
