Hello good real, and FB friends.1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I went thru 2 surgeries and chemo for 5 months. Things have been going well and I was considered until my last set of labs 3 weeks ago to be in remission. These last set of labs now show, however, a highly elevated ca-125 protien, that indicates that somewhere in my body the undifferentiate tumor cell has shown up some where in my body. On Nov. 19th I will start a three month daily series of oral chemo, followed by a pet scan to hopefully locate it, followed by either/or both radiation and surgery. The cost that my insurance will not cover is 1200$. Paid over tthree months or in total at the beginning of treatment.I can expect some loss in energy and appepetite. Which may affect my work as it did 2 summers ago. I am asking that anyone able to donate toward this expense plese help and do so. I have just begun to recover financially from that last set of chemo treatments. And this is another set back in slim financial times. Any help is gratefull accepted.
