Lazaro Borges and Family Support

My father Lazaro Borges was diagnosed with lung Cancer in 2012. My father was a loving friend, brother, father, and husband. He was selfless and many times gave his last to help others in need. He was a hard working man and was employed for a company for 20 years. Unfortunately,  he lost his life insurance when he was unable to return to work due to his illness.  Being that his diagnosis was in stage 4 and terminal, no insurance company would accept him due to the two year survival requirement. He passed away on October 4th, 2018, a week before his wife's birthday and two week's before his 59th birthday.  He is survived by his wife Lety Cruz Borges (54), his oldest daughter (myself) Dayana Borges (29), his youngest daughter Ayelen Borges (16), and his sister Lourdes Borges (61).  Please help us and our family get through this tough time and also give my father the services that he deserves.
