Help blind foster dog, Layla, see again!

Layla has been my foster dog since 11/17/12.  She has not had an easy life up until now.  She had undiagnosed diabetes for a long time (who knows exactly how long) which has led to cataracts.  Her diabetes is now under control and she's on twice daily insulin and a special diet.  But all this poor girl wants is to see again.  After consulting a vet ophthalmology clinic today, her vision can be completely regained via cataracts surgery.  She's such a young dog and full of life, she deserves this as well as a forever home!  Layla and I are very appreciative of any help you can provide! Surgery will be scheduled for end of February or early March 2013.  Help us make her dream a reality!
