Preparing for Law School

3 years ago, I made the major decision to change my career path and pursue Law School.  The first step on this lengthy journey is taking the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).  2 years ago I had the pleasure of attending a legal conference called Lavendar Law, organized annually by the National LGBT Bar Association.  This experience of being surrounded by legal professionals, advocates, and students who were all so passionate about their careers and welcoming to someone who was not yet immersed in their world, solidified my desire to really put foot to pavement and pursue this.  It lit the fire to a torch that I have been running with ever since. Thus far, I have been studying on my own and I've discovered that I am not getting to the point where I feel ready to take the test.  So, I have decided to take a prep course as suggested by numerous legal professionals I have met.  I believe this will help me better prepare for the LSAT and improve my chances of getting into a competitive school.   Here is the course I would like to take. Currently, I am working two jobs to make ends meet and saving up for this course has been very difficult for me.  So I have decided to put my pride aside and ask for help. The money in this campaign will go toward the prep course, the LSAT itself and cover the percentage that GoFundMe takes.  The rest will go toward school applications after I take the test.
