Lauren's Taekwondo Journey

My name is Lauren LaRocca and I have been doing Taekwondo for 7 years. I currently hold a 2nd degree black belt. I am very passionate about Taekwondo. I have participated in many competitions across the world and I do not plan to stop.  I am currently a member of the USA Taekwondo (USAT) B Team and  my goal is to become an A Team member of the USAT. 

In order to reach this goal I will have to qualify in the final ranking system. To climb the rankings I have to earn points through Regional and International Competitions. 

In April of 2018 I will be competing in the 3rd World Taekwondo Europe Presidents Cup held in Athens, Greece. 

As you may not know, Taekwondo is a very costly sport. My parents have been very supportive of my endeavour through Taekwondo and I am seeking funding to help alleviate some of the cost for my competitions. 

Your donations will help cover cost to travel to Greece, pay for competition fees, coaches fees, and room and board. Your contribution would mean so much to me, it will allow me to continue to grow as a competitor in the world of Taekwondo and help towards my goal of becoming a member of the USAT A Team.
